Fraggle, I would like to have this to be able to set it up, so that someone could submit a picture of a cop, or maybe just email it in and we'd scan it in or something and then include a short description of where and when he saw the cop... For example, send a picture of a cop, and then The caption under the picture would be like, "saw this cop off of blah blah and blah blah, hiding behind the McD's on Tuesday, march 1st or whatever" Then other people could write in and say, "saw a cop in the same spot on, Friday, April 1st, and on the second... it must be a cop hangout early in the month ... or whatever..." of course, pictures of cops eating donuts are welcome or any other cop related stuff? What do you think?
